Curious about what it means to be on a Board of Directors?
UNYA designates four spots on our board of directors for Indigenous youth (19+). At our AGM on Thursday, September 20th, we’ll be electing a number of new directors to our board.
This info night will give you a chance to learn more about being involved with a Board of Directors.

We’ll talk about:
• how you can become a board member
• what’s involved in being on a Board of Directors
• who can be a board member
• insight from a youth board member
One of our current youth board members will be here to answer your questions and share insight on the experience of being on the board.
This event is open to all Indigenous youth, ages 15 to 30.
Even if you’re not old enough to join the board this year, this is a chance to gain valuable insight in case you are interested in becoming involved in the future!
