Mentorship for Ages 16-18

Guidance for youth stepping into independence.

Your role

  • Support older teens with life transitions: school, work, housing, budgeting, goal-setting
  • Help them set goals, build independence, and gain life skills
  • Plan community-based, self-directed activities together

Training & support

  • Thorough screening and onboarding
  • Ongoing training: cultural awareness, conflict resolution, online safety, mental health, healthy boundaries, life-skills coaching
  • Consistent guidance from the Kinnections Program Manager and Youth Care Counsellor

Monday – Thursday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM and
Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
