Your role
- Encourage exploration and model positive behaviours
- Support younger teens in building confidence and making good choices
- Plan activities together (with staff guidance)
Training & support
- Comprehensive screening and onboarding
- Ongoing training: cultural awareness, healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, life-skills coaching, mental health, substance use, and prevention of sexual exploitation
- Regular check-ins and support from UNYA staff
