Unwrap the Creativity of Indigenous Youth
Thursday, November 27
2:30–6:30 PM
1618 East Hastings
Step into the warmth and wonder of the season at UNYA’s annual Holiday Craft Fair, where creativity and community come together under one festive roof. Across two vibrant floors, you’ll find handcrafted treasures, original artwork, authentic beadwork, jewelry, home décor, holiday treats, and more—all made by Indigenous youth and UNYA community vendors.
As you explore, sip a free hot beverage, strike a pose for photos with Santa, and take in the laughter, music, and unmistakable spirit of the season. With every turn, you’ll discover something new—unique gifts for your loved ones and meaningful connections with the talented young artists who bring these creations to life.
Rooted in Culture, Growing in Creativity
More than a shopping experience, this event is a celebration of youth creativity, culture, and empowerment. Through UNYA’s programs—like Overly Creative Minds (OCM)—young artists learn to express themselves, gain real-world skills, and share their talents with confidence and pride.
By attending, you’re not just finding the perfect handmade gift—you’re helping Indigenous youth build brighter futures, one creation at a time.
Gifts that Give Back
This holiday season, shop local, support Indigenous youth, and experience the joy of giving with purpose at UNYA’s Holiday Craft Fair.
We can’t wait to welcome you.

“This event is more than a sale—it’s a magical celebration of youth creativity and empowerment,”
— Rae-Anne LeBrun, UNYA’s Cultural Wellness Coordinator and one of this year’s event organizers.
