Creativity. Culture. Connection.
Who We Are
OCM is a vibrant arts and culture program for Indigenous youth ages 11 to 24. It’s more than just a program — it’s a space to explore identity, share stories, and express creativity through both traditional and contemporary art. At OCM, youth find community, build confidence, and develop leadership through the power of creativity.
What We Offer
- Workshops in visual art, music, spoken word, and multimedia
- Teachings and cultural practices with Elders and Knowledge Keepers
- Mentorship opportunities and public exhibitions to showcase youth voices
- Access to creative tools like drums, cameras, screen-printing equipment, and more
- Jam sessions and music lesson programming
Our Approach
OCM is youth-led, culturally rooted, and guided by Indigenous teachings. Creativity here is more than expression — it’s a path to healing, empowerment, and connection. Through hands-on learning, storytelling, and culture, youth discover their strengths and grow as leaders.
